Adventa Launches My Moments at Chester Zoo

 

Adventa are thrilled to be trialling their new and exciting brand My Moments at Chester Zoo, one of the countrys largest zoos at 125 acres. The park is is the most visited zoo in the country with over 21,000 animals. 

 

My Moments was launched last week, cited in their gift shop, just ahead of the busy May Bank Holiday which thousands of vistiors accross. 

 

My Moments brings an interactive touch screen kiosk solution which enables consumers to create and personalise their own souvenirs there and then in the shop. 

 

The process has been created to be simple and easy for consumers and staff in store: 

 

1) Consumer selects souvenir type on screen

 

2) Consumer selects favourite animal 

 

3) They then choose their favourite design 

 

4) They then add their name, preview and save 

 

The kiosk solution then provides a receipt with the preview and order barcode on for the consumer to then take to the till

 

For staff at the Zoo it is incredibly easy; they simply scan the design for it to go straight to print and then make the product up. All of Adventas print souvenirs are incredibly easy and quick to make taking just seconds. Therefore customers at Chester Zoo are now able to take away a personalised gift in a matter of minutes. 

 

The first weekend saw a really postive and great response to this one-stop-shop personalised gift solution unit.
