We write to you currently from makeshift desks at the back of our homes, hidden from disruptions and our families…

Lockdown is different for each and every one of us. To the family that find themselves huddled together in close quarters. To the parents that have now become teachers. To the at risk relative we worry about and to the people person that has now found themselves alone. The world is facing a hard time, but we are trying our best to ensure our products reach customers safely and quickly. As a business, the health and wellbeing of our customers and our team is always our top priority.

We have a fantastic team at Adventa who are working very hard in very challenging circumstances, we are currently able to confirm we are still operating with a smaller crew so we are able to provide our customers with the support and supplies they need for their business. We have now put in place extra protocols when we wrap, and ship items. Staff members wear gloves when in contact with any products & shipments, all stations are disinfected first thing each morning, between each jobs and then at the end of each day. We have increased the number of sanitizing stations around the facility and ensure staff use these at regularly throughout the day. When your order is collected we ensure only essential communication is had with the courier company and remain distant to reduce the chance of passing on this illness. We are sorry we are not in a position to extend payment terms at this difficult time, we really appreciate you respecting our agreed terms – Thank You for your support!

To summarise Coronavirus isn’t great, which is probably an bit of an understatement! But we will overcome it and it will end eventually. Until then we at Adventa are doing everything in our power to follow the rules set out by the Government and medical specialists, whilst still providing a service.
