Step 1 - Upload a photo
Put your image into a JPEG format and ensure it is under 40mb. Then simply browse your folder and select the image that you have just created.
Step 2 - Select the canvas size
Then select which size of canvas you would like to create. There are a range of options available including: 8 x 8, 8 x 12, 12 x 12, 12 x 16, 16 x 20, 20 x 30.
For rectangle canvases select whether you would like a landscape or a portrait canvas.
Step 3 - Select the border
On this page you can select a wide range of borders such as:
Artwrap –
This handy option uses your image to pull the image across the sides. It creates a great infinity effect. This option is ideal when objects or people are centred in the middle of the image with a lot of background on all sides. This can be displayed without an additional frame.
Mirror - This enables your full picture to be used on the front of the canvas itself rather than the sides. So the border mirrors the image creating a nice subtle border.
Stretch Border – For quite a retro look why not stretch your image across the sides… so the image is clearly only on the front but the colours within the image really stand out along the edges.
Average Colour – If you have hints of some really interesting colours in your photo that you want to bring out more then why not select it as a border to really bring them out in the picture. For a more subtle look increase the pixel rate to get more of an average perspective of the surrounding colours around the picker.
White – If you have a detailed image then a white border will give full attention to the front of the image whilst also giving a modern, timeless look. Or use this one if you would like to put the canvas in a frame.
Black – If you have a bright, vivid or abstract photo to show then a black border is perfect for giving a striking and contemporary look.
Colour Picker - The colour picker enables you to choose an exact colour that’s in the picture to use as a border or increase the pixel size to choose a wider average colour
Step 4 - Generate a PDF
Once you are happy with the border you selected click the forward button. The software will then generate a preview. Left click into the preview image to download the template as a PDF. You can save for later or hit print to get making your canvas.
Step 5 - Printer Settings
When you are ready to print you will need to add 4 either side of the template in order for the canvas template to print at the appropriate size. So, for example, if you wish to have a 12 x 16 canvas, enter 16 x 20 in the printer settings.

How an iconic licensed product distributor found a better canvas system to suit their needs
Adventa sit down with Trevor George, President of Trevco - US manufacturer & distributor of licensed products, ranging from popular DC comic licenses Batman and Superman right through to iconic Betty Boop.
Trevor & Jim George, CEO of Trevco, first spotted the pioneering QuickPro ArtWrap at a US trade show.

Using a simple fold and lock construction method, the canvas is easy to make but is also very durable and strong and holds its shape faultlessly.
We asked Trevor what he preferred about the QuickPro over normal wooden canvases and it was “Simplicity of construction, durability and value” that really stood out for him.
Each canvas takes just under 2 minutes to make and only requires a pair of scissors and a stapler. For production teams this means less training required, an increase in production and due to the lightweight aspect of the canvas, decreases shipping costs.
